How To: Register for an Online Account
The article covers how to create an online account in order to manage your account and cards.

Welcome to Driven!

Once you receive your welcome email, follow these simple steps to get started with the Driven platform:

 

1. Access the Registration Page

Click the link in your welcome email or go directly to:

👉 Driven Self-Registration

You can also click Register Now at the bottom of the login screen.

 

 

2. Fill Out the Registration Form

You’ll be taken to a single, scrollable screen. Please complete all required fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Mobile Phone

  • Email (this will be your username)

  • Business ZIP / Postal Code

  • Account Number / Bill Group

  • Create and Confirm Password

✅ Be sure to check the box to agree to the End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

 

 

3. Confirm Your Details

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your email and mobile phone number.

Review your information and click Confirm (or Edit Details if you need to make changes).

 

 

4. Verify Your Mobile Phone

You’ll receive a verification code via text message.

Enter the code on the screen and click Verify Phone.

 

📱 Didn’t get the code? You can request it again or call the support number provided.

 

Once verified, you’ll be taken to the Driven home screen.

 

 

5. Finish Registration

Your account is now created! Log in using your new credentials.

 

👥 If you’re an account administrator, you can now add additional users to your account.
